CALL FOR CONFEDERAL ASSEMBLY OVIEDO 2023
We are pleased to present the program of the next Confederal Assembly, which will be held on June 2, 3 and 4 in Oviedo.
INFORMATION OF INTEREST
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation at the Seminar will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Councilors and accompanying persons arriving a day earlier or returning on Monday are kindly requested to inform the confederal secretary (link: Juan LLaca, e-mail juan@llaca.org).
Please note the distinction between superior and standard rooms. The superior room has a full bathroom and the standard room has a sink and shower, but no toilet.
PROXIES AND VOTING PROXIES
Delegations of representation and voting rights shall be made in accordance with the Confederation’s Bylaws, art. 14 and Chapter V, art. 16 of the Internal Regulations. In order for the delegation of vote to be valid, it must be communicated in writing to the Technical Secretariat before June 1, 2023, in a formal document, duly signed by the director entitled to participate, indicating the delegate member. Only one proxy vote may be held for each representative.

| 9:00 h | Inauguration ceremony and welcome by the Work Director and the Confederal President. |

| 19:00 h | Visit to the Cave of Covadonga and offering of flowers to the Santina |

| 22:00 h | Asturian “espicha asturiana” dinner in Siero |
| 23:00 h | Good evening with the Provincial Vicar of the Province of St. James the Greater |
