NATIONAL CONFEDERATION OF AA.AA. Purpose of processing: to maintain a business relationship with the User. The operations foreseen to carry out the processing are:

  • Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communications. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

Data retention criteria: data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or the total destruction of the data.

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

The processing carried out to comply with legal obligations are:

  • The issuance of sales invoices derived from the provision of services to customers is based on a legal obligation.
  • Filing of taxes with the Tax Agency. Law 58/2003, of December 17, 2003, General Tax Law.
  • Response to requests to exercise rights established in the RGPD. General Data Protection Regulation.
  • The training programmed by companies is regulated by Law 30/2015, of September 9, which regulates the Vocational Training System for employment in the labor field.

When the data subject objects to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes.

In the case of images collected by video surveillance cameras, the data will be kept for a maximum period of 1 month, except for communication to Security Forces and Corps, or/and Courts and Tribunals.
